Always in bloom.
My earliest memories are of flowers. Big bushes with pink flowers of the type I still don’t know the name. In art class I made vases with clay roses. In drawing classes in college…flowers. Blooms of every type flowing out of my hand onto page after page. Doodles on post-it’s. Images cut from magazines and saved. I take hundreds of flower picture each year. I even moved to the Wildflower capital of the world.
Flowers. John Harrigan once said, ‘Happiness held is the seed; Happiness shared is the flower.” Drawing, painting, and dreaming about flowers feeds my soul. Sharing my art with you makes me happy.
